Site of Louis Oliver (1872-1938) farm, No. 3 Line, Okoia, Wanganui. Louis was the son of Samuel and Jessie (nee Higgie) Oliver. Just past the old Okoia School and across the bridge on Kaukatea Valley Road. The homestead is no longer there, and used to be on the left. The building on the right was the garage.
