Of Wellington, who died on 24 May 2016, aged 98 years. Much loved husband of the late June, beloved father of Jennifer, Penelope and Alex, and father-in-law of Peter and Bob, much-loved grandfather to Christopher and his wife Lucinda, Alexander, David and Rosa, and great-grandfather to Abigail and Oscar. Loved and admired by his friends, family and colleagues, he will be missed by all. Our sincere thanks to the staff who cared for Darcy at Huntleigh Home. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Mary Potter Hospice, Freepost 3053, PO Box 7442, Newtown, Wellington 6242. A funeral to celebrate Darcy's life will be held at St Michael's Anglican Church, Kelburn, on Friday, 3 June 2016, at 11am, followed by private cremation.
