Brian of nzolivers.com notes a difference between Rachel advising year of birth is 1905, and her death having a registration in 1908 and her death records also showing 1908. Doris’ age at death according to the official death records is 86 - so this does point to year of birth of 1908.

Therefore, Brian will change the year of birth here to 1908.

Later, in October 2018, Brian determined date of birth of 9 May 1908 by further searching on BDM website by incrementally changing the date range for the birth.
