Robin’s granddaughter, Vicky Wood wrote in an email dated 4 December 2021 to Brian of nzolivers that, “We adored our grandfather, like it says in the death notice we used to call him Gra, and he and our nana adored us. He was an incredibly talented artist, pianist and mathematician…”. “Those of us girls that were old enough to remember what an amazing storyteller he was and when we were little he told us about Matilda Oliver’s experiences as a child so reading more from your research puts this into context”.
