“Promoted to Glory” on 12 October 2011, at Tauranga Hospital, aged 85 years. Much loved and loving wife of Frank. Loved mother of Carolynn and Alan, Glenys and David, Jocelyn and Pete. Nana of her 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Loved stepmother of Lynn and Tony (Napier), Judith and Scott (Te Awamutu), Grant and Jenny (Auckland), and step nana of her eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Loved by all. A celebration of Bernice’s life will be held at The Salvation Army Citadel cnr Fifth Ave and Cameron Rd Tauranga, on Monday 17 October at 1.00pm, followed by burial at Pyes Pa cemetery.
