Name of “Ruth Billing” from hand-written information on ‘Billing’ family in Muriel Leo’s (nee Oliver, 1917-1998) collection.

Brian of nzolivers has accepted the second option based on the second given name of “Boardman” which is her mother’s maiden name. Also the date of birth in 1919 seems to be logical in the order of the next birth after her next oldest sibling, Frederick.

Therefore, this date of birth matches the date of death given above as option 2. Date of death therefore being 2 July 2003.
