Name from Margot’s husband Greg Oliver in an email dated 11 April 2011. Greg is the grandson of Arthur Edger Oliver b.1895 and the great-grandson of Samuel (Sam) Oliver b.1856.

In a subsequent email dated 21 March 2022, Greg advises that his wife Jane, is the great-great granddaughter of Matthew Rundell, also in this website but not connected to her. In reply Brian of nzolivers noted that, “my connection to Matthew Rundell is through his wife Susan’s first marriage to Giles Frank Lapham. Susan and Giles had a son called Frank Edward Lapham. Frank was the father of Alice Josephine Lapham who married my Uncle Harold Douglas Oliver on 13/04/1937. Harold (born 19/04/1919) was an older brother to my father, Maurice Oliver.
