Information from Graeme Kenyon, whose great grandfather was James George Kenyon b.1861 whose second wife was Ada Oliver b.1864, daughter of Samuel Oliver b.1833.

Graeme writes, “Min, (prefers to be called Kay), born Minnie Adeline [Adelaide] Kenyon in 1921, lives in Tauranga. Married Doug Ward, now deceased (no relation to Ellen Ward). They had 4 children”.

In a subsequent email dated 4 November 2014, Graeme writes, “His mother’s name is (living), Minnie Adeline Ward, Adeline not Adelaid. Within the family she is known as ‘Min’ a name she does not like. Outside the family she is known as Kay. So, Minnie Adeline (Kay) Ward nee Kenyon - living”.

In an email dated 26 July 2021, Graeme Kenyon writes that Minnie, “is still alive and had her 100th birthday was recently”.
