Diane writes, “Re Lucy, I have a best guess birth and mother’s maiden name.  Only one in the 2 pages that came up that was from the Bromsgrove area.
However, not definitive proof, as your Lucy could have been illegitimate.  Can only find one marriage of a Pugh / Knight and it’s in 1841.  So not working.

George and Lucy’s son, William James Osborne had a daugher (Ada Edith Osbourne) that married Francis Otto McKoy. Francis was a grandson of Mary Ann Oliver b1826.
