Jillian is one of six daughters of Beverley Dawn Guise and Charles Allen Fredrick Babbage. Dates of each daughter’s birth is enetred in the notes of Beverley Dawn Guise.
Jillian is the great granddaughter of Thomas Gurney Philpot (b.1856) and Sarah Ann Woolford. Their daughter Elizabeth, married into the Oliver family. Also, Sarah Ann Woolford’s sister’s daughter, Maud Carrel, married into the Oliver family.
Jillian writes that her parents, Beverley and Charles, had six daughters:
Daughter 1. B: 02/12/1949
Daughter 2. B: 08/04/1951
Daughter 3: B: 24/06/1952
Daughter 4: B: 26/02/1954
Daughter 5. B: 24/07/1956
Daughter 6. B: 26/07/1964
(Jillian is one of these daughters).
Four of Jillian’s sisters are still in New Zealand, one in Aussie and also says, “we travel so no home base at the moment”.
In the email Jillian also writes:
“We are a bit nomadic. Born and raised in Wellington (Silverstream); we have just sold our house in Minnesota USA and are hanging out for now in Brisbane”.
“We leave for NZ tomorrow for two weeks, my husbands Mum turned 97 yesterday- she is in Orewa. While in NZ we are meeting up with some other great grandchildren of SARAH Woolford's in Gordonton”.
