Name, date and place of birth, “Henry Barnes Dillon Born 28th Feb 1879 at 65 Crawford St Marylebone” from Image 8 of the Devis Family Bible sent by Derek Dillon in an email dated 16 March 2018. Derek had copied the Bible pages, while visiting some cousins in England circa 1988. The Bible had been passed down through the Devis, Gibson and Dillon families. Derek is the x3-great grandson of Hannah Barlow (b.1759) and her second husband, David Gibson. (Hannah Barlow remarried after the death of first husband Henry Devis b.1750).
Year and place of death from Linda Burge received in a “David Gibson Descendants Report” emailed on 28 June 2018. Linda is the x4-great granddaughter of Hannah Barbara Barlow b. 1759 and first husband Henry Devis. Hannah Barbara Devis (nee Barlow) remarried, to the David Gibson of the mentioned report.

Linda writes, “…died 16 Oct 1947. Probate went to Mabel Ethel Dillon widow but don’t know if this was his wife as couldn’t find a marriage. His address was 15 Links Way, Croxley Green near Watford. In 1911 census he was living with mother as was only 16 and 1851 census is still living with mother and sister. Was a builder”.
