MRS. OLIVE M. OGREN
Sympathy will be extended by a wide circle of friends to Miss Helga Ogren, Bright street, Gisborne, whose mother, Mrs. Olive May Ogren, died suddenly at her residence yesterday at the age of 53 years. She had not been in good health for the past 12 months.
Mrs. Ogren was born in Leeds. England, and shortly after her arrival at Gisborne 27 years ago married Mr. Eric Ogren. Her husband died as the result of an accident 18 years ago.
Mrs. Ogren took a keen interest in the Labour Party. Miss Ogren is the only daughter.
A service will be held in Cochrane’s chapel, Williams street, at 1.45 p.m. today, and the funeral will leave later for the Taruheru cemetery.
