Name from a copy of a three-pager family tree titled, "Descendants of Peter Usak" and dated "15 November 1995" and obtained from the Toth family by Brian of nzolivers while visiting the USA in November 2022. Peter Usak's granddaughter, Frances Usak, married Daniel Toth (1898-1970). This was Daniel's second marriage and they went on to have two children, Daniel and Arlene.
