Name, date and place of birth and date of death from “McCaul Family Scotland” (first compiled in 1991 and updated to 2002) by Marcia Barbara (Barbara) McCaul, Canada (b. 1932, d. 2002). Barbara was the great-great grandaughter of Gilbert McCaul (b. 1765) and Janet McFarlan (b. 1770). Brian of

When Brian of
nzolivers.com visited Peter Horneman in Christchurch in May 2017, Peter thought Kathleen played the piano and maybe danced?
Peter Horneman told Brian of
nzolivers.com in May 2017 that, The Clarks lived at
5 Goring Street Wellington (off George Street, which is off Tinakori Road). Peter said the house is still there”. See photo in Father’s page, Morton R S Clark.
According to Alexander Turnbull Library search for daughter Kathleen Rita Clark, “Resided at Goring Street, Wellington, during the First World War”.
Brian’s (nzolivers.com) sister, Helen Oliver writes:
Kathleen (our grandmother) actually taught Piano on the one Kathy and I learnt on at home. It was a Bechstein [German] and held so many generational memories. Our grandmother [Kathleen] probably did Tap Dancing as Mum [Isabel Oliver nee McCaul] learnt as a child.

Location of plaque from Karori Cemetery records found in March 2022:
Area 12, Block BC, Row 12, Plot 005.
In loving memory Kathleen Rita beloved wife of Malcolm Graeme Cox McCAUL
b 2 Sep 1891 d 13 Jan 1945. And Malcolm Graeme Cox McCAUL b 1 Apr 1883 d 23 Nov 1975.
On the 5th April 2022, Brian of nzolivers counted the rows to determine a better reference. The plaque is located behind the crematorium in the brick archway. It is on the left-hand side (known as Niche Wall A), with that wall labelled with an "A" at the very bottom. The exact location on that wall is:
The 12th across from the left (out of 18 across), and then
The 5th down from the top
Starting from the top left, and counting this works out to be the 84th plaque on that wall “A”.
Kathleen here is not only interned with her husband, but with her mother-in-law, Elizabeth. A reply, in an email dated 6 April 2022, to a further follow-up by Brian with the Business Support Officer, Cemetery & Crematorium Wellington City Council reads:
“
I have checked the records for DIV A location 84 [and] I can confirm all 3 ashes were interred into this niche”.
“The urns they used to use were a lot smaller, they were normally the tin urns which in those days you could [place] 3 tin urns into one niche”.
