In an email dated 27 April 2017, Richard advised date of his mother’s death “29 August 2016” and burial at Huirangi Cemetery, near Waitara, Taranaki.
Richard goes on to write, “My father Leigh William Andrews is also buried there. It is only a small country cemetery, but all of my mother’s family are buried there”.

Preferred name of “Jean”, year of marriage from letter dated 31 July (no year but probably circa 1980) to Muriel Leo (nee Oliver) from Jean Andrews (nee Smith) herself, and added here in May 2020.
