Emigrated to New Zealand with husband and children on the first settler ship to New Plymouth, the ‘William Bryan’, arriving in on the 31 March 1841. Elizabeth’s first cousin, Arthur Hoskin (1810-1864), emigrated to New Zealand on the second ship, the Amelia Thompson.
