IN THE ESTATE of Thomas Nicholas, late of New Plymouth Hotelkeeper, who died on the fourth day of November, 1907, I RUTH MARIA NICHOLAS, of the Town of New Plymouth, Widow, the sole Executrix and Devisee under the will of the above-named deceased, being the holder as such Executrix of a Publican's License in respect of the house, and premises situate in Egmont Street and St. Aubyn Street, in the Town of New Plymouth; and known as the "Grosvenor Hotel," do hereby give notice that I desire to obtain and will, at the next Licensing Meeting, to be holden at New Plymouth, on the 4th day of December next, apply for a transfer of the said License to myself as sole Devisee under the will of the above-named deceased.
