Mrs. Emma Mae Shepard Toth, age 92, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at McLeod Seacoast. Mrs. Toth was born on March 5, 1928 in Wilmington, NC to the late Alfred Tillon Shepard and the late Mable Baton Shepard Watters. Mrs. Toth was a homemaker and of the Advent Christian faith, but will be most remembered as a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend to all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband of 69 years, John Alex Toth of Loris, SC; siblings, Catherine Brown of Loris, SC, Joanne Yopp of Wilmington, NC, and Ralph Watters and wife, Melanie of Burgaw, NC; and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Mrs. Toth was predeceased by sister, Joyce Barnes and two brothers, Russell Watters and Wayne Watters.
