Date of birth and death, died in Intensive Care Unit, Christchurch Public Hospital, cremated at Wanganui, from CD prepared by Stuart Macfarlane and included with Pamela Booth’s second edition of her book, “Blink Bonnie”, published March 2010. Added here in January 2023. Stuart is the grandson of James Higgie b. 1857. Pamela is the great-great granddaughter of Robert Clark Higgie b.1855.
