OTHER CASES. Bertie Jones, tinsmith, who was represented by Mr. Allan Moody, sought a divorce from Margaretta Mavis Jones, whom be married in September, 1909. There were no children. In May, 1920, respondent deserted him, and had not returned. A decree nisi was granted.
