In this email, Natalee writes that after Maria’s husband, William George Knyvett died (1929), Maria remarried. Unfortunately she died in childbirth shortly after. This left daughter Marga and her Knyvett siblings without parents. So, the sister of the now deceased William George Knyvett, Emma Winifred Knyvett, (aunt of Marga and her Knyvett siblings), took care of them, and they moved from Alberta to BC.
